The Conference and AGM will occur on Saturday 15th February 2025 at the National Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
Following on from the success of the keynote speakers in previous years, ICRA is pleased to announce that the keynote speakers for this year’s conference will be:
- Cillian Dickson, helm and skipper of the J24 European Champion, Headcase
In 2024 Headcase successfully defended their J24 Europeans title in Porto Cervo, becoming one of the few teams to do so. This talk will take you through their first 5 years of their campaigning in Ireland, Europe and the US, with all the highs and lows along the way. - John Murphy, owner and skipper of the hugely successful J109 Outrageous
following his trio of wins of ICRA, J Cup and IRC Europeans, will give a presentation on boat preparation and optimisation. This talk will appeal to all levels of sailors whilst John will discuss simple winter preparation to more detailed tips on squeezing extra boat speed from your boat.
As well as keynote speakers, there will be updates from the hosts of the major events planned for the 2025 season and the Sailors Forum (where you have your chance to discuss and debate the big issues in our sport) and the AGM.
